Day 7 of insanity
Finished a week. Only 7 more to go xD
Today felt like a rest day. Ab cardio. I have a bit of a stomach, yeah… but ab work outs never really seem to do anything for me afterwards.
I think next time I’ll go even harder to make sure of that. Shower time in any case xD

I think I'm a pretty good friend...

Day 5 of Insanity
It was a “cardio rest” day.
I’d hate to see what going full on is. I mean, it wasn’t THAT bad, but I was still drenched by the time I was done.
I was looking people on youtube and their results. Most had results in 30 days, but the real results were in 60. Like, there was a pretty definable transformation for those people.
I sincerely hope I can keep it up for 60 days....
